There are two tools we use:

• A 'wiki', which lets us collaborate on writing things
• A project manager, which lets us keep track of who's doing what

Logins

You only have one login, which is your full name, lower case, without spaces. Sanford should have given you a password.

There are three logins: one for the whole site, one for the wiki, and one for the project manager. This isn't as bad as it sounds. If you have cookies enabled, you will only have to log into the wiki and project manager very occasionally. You'll have to log into the site daily.
